Role Overview:
The TeleSales Specialist will be responsible for driving telesales of Valeo’s preventive health services, including blood tests, IV drips, and wellness packages. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding patient needs, and providing personalized guidance to help clients choose the right services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telesales calls to promote Valeo’s health check-ups, IV drip packages, and wellness services.
- Convert leads from digital campaigns s into bookings.
- Explain service benefits, pricing, and appointment processes clearly to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate call logs and client data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with clinical and logistics teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or life sciences).
- 1–3 years of telesales or healthcare sales experience (preferably in diagnostics or wellness).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English
- Motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
