Job Description
- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Assist in handling guest complaints and resolving service issues.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in training new employees on service standards and company policies.
- Coordinate team schedules and assign daily tasks.
- Motivate and encourage the team to maintain high morale.
- Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
- Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
- To assist the Restaurant Manager or other Restaurant Supervisors in any task outlined/detailed by him/her.
- Ensure all food and beverage areas comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Report any operational issues to the management team.
Qualifications
- Service – focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
- Has a critical eye for detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and scheduling software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
