Our established real estate brokerage firm has more leads than we can reasonably manage, so we’re hoping to add more experienced and licensed Real Estate Brokers to our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing a team of Agents as well as brokering deals for the sale and lease of residential properties. We work with single-family dwellings as well as multi-unit complexes, so if you have experience in both aspects of the residential market, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting new businesses
• Negotiating and finalizing deals
• Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas which are for sale or rent.
• Complete details of properties which includes photo shoots, arrangement of viewings, showing the property to prospective clients, etc.
• Advise property buyers and sellers on best practices and pricing strategies
• Assist agents with continuing education
• Attend property closings and ensure all contract terms are met by both parties

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Must have Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle
