About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination, payment processing, and sales operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage and track shipments, documentation, and schedules.
  • Process and monitor payments, invoices, and related transactions.
  • Support the sales team in managing client accounts and order processing.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely operations.
  • Prepare reports and assist in maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination and sales support (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of payment processes and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
