About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store and ensure efficient inventory management, staff supervision, and smooth coordination with project teams in Sharjah and Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong leadership skills, with prior experience managing a store or warehouse in the construction or industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all store operations, including material receiving, storage, and issuance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Implement and maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the store.
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in store or warehouse management (preferably in the construction industry).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
