We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all fit-out and renovation works are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities and workforce
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
• Manage materials, tools, and site requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in technical services, fit-outs, or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read drawings and plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• UAE driving license (is a plus)
