We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee all staff and lead our operations in the gas industry. The ideal candidate will oversee business strategy, daily operations, and financial performance while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across production, distribution, and support functions.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and staff.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.
• Support new business development and expansion initiatives.
• Report operational results and challenges to senior management or the Board.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–10 years of management experience, preferably in the gas, oil, or energy industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
