Full job description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to manage day-to-day HR operations, oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in the technical, fit-out, or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
- Manage employee relations and handle grievances in a professional manner.
- Coordinate payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Support management in manpower planning and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Liaise with PRO and management regarding visa processing, renewals, and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Undergraduate in Human Resources is a plus, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in technical, fit-out, or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
