The company is growing and looking for a Marketing Assistant with the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing activities.
- Help manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging posts showcasing ongoing and completed projects.
- Coordinate with the design and site teams for project photos and updates.
- Support event preparations, promotions, and company branding initiatives.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and suggest creative ideas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or social media management (experience in construction, landscaping, or design industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation.
- Basic graphic design or Canva skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
