We are seeking a highly qualified Female Secretary with prior experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, and present a polished, professional image at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Professionally manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare accurate reports, meeting minutes, and official documents as required.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and manage confidential records.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent English language skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Impeccable personal grooming and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Trustworthiness and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
