Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Professionally manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare accurate reports, meeting minutes, and official documents as required.
- Maintain proper filing systems and manage confidential records.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative capacity.
- Excellent English language skills are essential.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Impeccable personal grooming and professional presentation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Trustworthiness and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
