We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales department, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and prompt handling of customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Order Management:

Manage end-to-end order processing, from entry to shipment coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery with proper documentation.

• Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns effectively to foster long-term partnerships.

• Sales Coordination:

Collaborate with internal departments including logistics, finance, and production to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and timely product delivery.

• Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning.

• Sales Reporting:

Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

• Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to sales operations.

• Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, share insights, and contribute to team meetings to achieve collective goals.

• Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in sales support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the aluminium or construction industry is a plus.
