Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming first impression to visitors and clients. This role manages the front desk operations, handles incoming calls and correspondence, and supports administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
· Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
· Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
· Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting areas as needed.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support (scanning, filing, photocopying, etc.).
· Assist with scheduling appointments and managing office calendars.
· Support HR or Admin team with documentation and coordination tasks.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
· Handle basic inquiries and direct visitors or calls to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
· High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 1–3 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
