Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Housekeeping Assistant (Female) to join our Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our short-term rental apartments, ensuring a high standard of comfort and satisfaction for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare holiday home apartments before guest check-in and after check-out.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities according to company standards.
- Ensure all areas are spotless and ready for guest arrivals.
- Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing when required.
- Follow cleaning checklists and maintain consistency in quality.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and safely.
- Coordinate with the operations and guest relations teams for smooth turnovers.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience in holiday homes, hotels, or serviced apartments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple apartments per day.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
