We are looking for a proactive and street-smart Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects and act as a key link between clients and the company. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of drawings, site coordination, and finishing works, ensuring smooth execution of projects within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate between the client, project manager, and site team to ensure clear communication.
• Read and interpret drawings to guide site execution accurately.
• Monitor quality, progress, and workmanship on site.
• Manage materials, manpower, and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Handle client instructions and report project updates regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor or similar role.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
• Strong understanding of interior works and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Street-smart and practical approach to solving site issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
