Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all employee visa processes (new, renewal, cancellation, transfer).
  • Manage Emirates ID, medical test, and labor card applications.
  • Process company-related documentation such as trade license renewals, establishment cards, and chamber of commerce certificates.
  • Submit and collect official documents from government offices (MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Economic Department, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of employee and company documents.
  • Maintain and update records of all PRO transactions and renewals.
  • Assist employees with government-related queries and paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE labor and immigration laws.
  • Support in processing visit visas, dependent visas, and other related applications.
  • Represent the company in government and semi-government entities when required.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.

Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and business laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Valid UAE driving license is Must
