Benchmark Foods stands at the forefront of the UAE’s food distribution industry and is dedicated to delivering the highest-quality Frozen, Chilled & Ambient products of well-known International Brands. Extensive coverage that includes cafeterias, restaurants, star hotels, and a wide an array of retail outlets, from hypermarkets and supermarkets to cooperative stores and traditional grocery outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational needs.
• Manage warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff; monitor performance and attendance.
• Handle damaged or returned goods according to company policy.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly inventory and activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision (preferably FMCG / food trading / logistics).
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift license or experience handling warehouse machinery is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
