Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
  • Serve orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
  • Process payments and handle cash or card transactions
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Skills requirement:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter
  • Diploma/Degree in hotel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
