Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of gardeners and maintenance supervisors.
• Oversee the maintenance and landscaping projects for both residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and aesthetics.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective project completion.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 yrs of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in landscaping or facilities management in UAE.
