Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Assistant Manager for our Finance Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on new technology skills with minimal finance experience. This role requires a flexible approach to work, the ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders, and a willingness to embrace creativity and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and integrate new technologies that enhance financial processes.
- Implement and manage innovative finance solutions using loco applications such as Power BI and Alteryx.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging team members to try new approaches and learn from failures.
Experience/Knowledge and Skills:
- Graduation degree is REQUIRED– to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
- Experience with loco applications such as Power BI and Alteryx.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn from failures.
- Minimal finance and banking experience required; a focus on new technology skills is preferred.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
