Job Description:

Vision Interior Concept, a leading interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out projects, with a hands-on approach to supervising and managing site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and manage site labor, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and assist the project manager in planning work schedules.
• Resolve any site issues or delays efficiently and professionally.
• Report on project status, work progress, and site challenges to the project manager.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

• Can speak English / urdu / Arabic (preferred)
