Full job description
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in event branding, activations, and experiential design. The ideal candidate understands how visuals translate into physical environments — from stage backdrops and event signage to 3D renders, moodboards, and on-ground branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, event branding, and visual identities.
- Design layouts for event collateral (signage, stage graphics, invites, certificates, etc.).
- Work with 3D and production teams to align visuals with fabrication feasibility.
- Support proposal decks and client presentations.
- Create print-ready files and coordinate with suppliers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in event design / activations / brand environments.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of AI tools (Mid journey, gemini) is a plus.
- Eye for detail, storytelling, and design consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience with large-scale community events, mall activations, or brand launches.
- Creative flair with understanding of materials, fabrication, and spatial layout.
