We are looking for a Document Controller to join our Dubai office who will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing company documents to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all documentation and ensure easy accessibility.
- Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
- Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Distribute and archive documents according to internal policies.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper document flow and approval processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure document storage.
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a document controller or in administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
