We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Dubai office who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing front-desk operations efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Provide assistance to various departments as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
