BTW is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DC cum Procurement Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This is a challenging opportunity for individuals with a strong background in procurement, engineering and administration to contribute to our projects in the region.
Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, submittals and related files.
- Tracking of monthly attendance.
Procurement Coordination:
- Assist in the procurement process, including the preparation and issuance of purchase orders.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering / Admin related
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a engineering/ contracting company.
- Proven experience in procurement or a related administrative role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
