Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers for inquiries, quotations, order processing, and delivery updates
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proformas, and related documentation
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing details, and sales databases (CRM/ERP)
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and KPI dashboards
- Communicate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance, store) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders
- Track and ensure timely collection of payments and delivery fulfillment
- Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team
- Handle after-sales follow-ups, complaints registration, and coordination for resolutions
- Manage stock inquiries and coordinate with warehouse for product availability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), and experience with CRM/ERP software
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
