Location: Dubai (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Dubai office and assist senior leadership in administrative and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of office administration to ensure smooth daily operations

Manage calendars, meetings, travel bookings, and appointments for senior executives

Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders

Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion

Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office needs

Provide support in HR coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives

Assist with procurement and financial administration, including invoice tracking and office budgets

Organize internal events, team meetings, and corporate documentation

Support the Managing Director on all queries and respond proactively to ensure timely resolution and follow-up

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in office management and/or executive assistance

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)

Prior experience in a multinational or engineering/technical environment is preferred
