Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer and manage phone calls to patients, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings on call.
- Maintain and update patient records and schedules accurately
- Coordinate with dentists and assistants to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance-related queries
- Provide information about clinic services and offers
- Manage patient feedback and ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or call center agent (preferably in a dental or medical clinic)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
- Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism
