Admission Officer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Admissions Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, handling applications, and providing excellent support and counseling to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Job Description:

  • Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally and promptly
  • Provide detailed information about programs, entry requirements, and application procedures
  • Evaluate student eligibility and assist with documentation for admissions
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with partner universities and internal departments for application processing
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets
  • Participate in student recruitment campaigns, events, and online information sessions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education counseling (preferably in higher education)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
