We are seeking a passionate and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, strong communication skills, and a proven background in managing guest experiences within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage reservations and seating to maximize guest satisfaction and service flow.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and train front-of-house/reception staff on guest service standards.
- Maintain guest records and preferences to provide personalized experiences.
- Support marketing and customer loyalty initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure all guest areas meet company standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations, front-of-house, or hospitality management (preferably in restaurants).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency with restaurant booking systems (e.g., OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
