Full job description

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent guest service during catering events, buffets, and meal service operations. This role ensures that all guests receive prompt, courteous service and that food and beverages are served efficiently and professionally in line with Fresh Bite Catering standards.

Teamwork & Communication

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Report any guest complaints, accidents, or issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Assist colleagues when needed to maintain a seamless service experience.

Health & Safety

• Follow all company policies, including food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines and Fresh Bite Catering’s quality control standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of service areas and proper waste disposal after each event.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a waiter or service staff in catering, hotels, or F&B outlets preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
