Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of real estate properties
• Conduct property viewings and open houses
• Generate and manage leads through marketing, networking, and referrals
• Provide expert guidance and market insights to clients
• Prepare and present offers and negotiate contracts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws and market trends
• Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong market knowledge and client management abilities
• Strong interest in real estate and client service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
• Strong organizational and time management skills
