As a Production Helper, you will assist teams with material handling, equipment setup, cleaning, loading/unloading, and basic workshop or site support. This role is essential to maintaining a productive, safe, and organized environment across the facility and project sites.

- Simple Construction:
Help with basic construction tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling components for stands and displays.
- Fabrication Support:
Assist in technical processes like acrylic and metal fabrication, and vinyl application.
Logistics and Material Handling:
- Loading & Unloading:
Safely load and unload vehicles with raw materials, finished stands, and other merchandise.
- Material Movement:
Lift, transport, and arrange tools, equipment, and production materials around the workshop.
- Cleaning & Organization:
Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a tidy, safe, and hazard-free work environment, including sweeping and organizing work areas.
- Equipment Setup:
Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and materials for events, exhibitions, or other special tasks.
General Duties & Adherence to Standards:
- Safety & Protocols:
Adhere to all company safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members across different departments to ensure efficient task completion.
- Following Instructions:
Follow detailed production instructions and guidelines to maintain high quality and accuracy in all tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a helper or labour support role, preferably in signage, fabrication, interior fit-out, or construction industries.
- Familiarity with workshop or warehouse environments is an advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
- Basic understanding of manual labour tasks and use of tools.
- Physically strong and able to lift heavy objects, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow instructions and assist wherever needed.
- Punctual, reliable, and respectful in a team-oriented work environment.
- Flexible to work indoors or outdoors, including occasional site work.
