Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to recommend improvements.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting goals, conducting reviews, and developing employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and internal policies.
- Update and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies.
- Manage disciplinary actions and grievance processes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and compensation reviews.
- Benchmark salaries and recommend adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.
6. HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
- Generate regular HR metrics and reports for management decision-making.
