Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers, tenants, and property owners from the company database
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and cold calls to schedule viewings and meetings
• Coordinate with agents for site visits and client appointments
• Handle basic client queries and route complex issues to the sales team
• Meet weekly and monthly call and lead targets

Desired candidate :

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred
• Confident, persuasive, and motivated personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
