We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and organize company documents at our head office. The role ensures all records, files, and communications are properly maintained, updated, and accessible to authorized staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company records, reports, and correspondence.
- Control document flow between departments and external parties.
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and security of documents.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
- Assist teams with document tracking and retrieval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in document control or administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in a retail or corporate office environment preferred.
