Customer Service Executive
IMCD Middle East is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in the UAE.
The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring all customer queries and concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.
The position is responsible for:
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Communicating courteously with customers
- Investigating and solving customers’ problems.
- Preparing Purchase orders and following up on deliveries and documents
- Interacting with clients and building relationships
- Entering sales orders and creating invoices
- Liaising with third party suppliers for outbound and inbound shipments
- Keeping accurate records
- Ensuring all ISO Standards are applied and maintained.
Work Experience:
Experience in customer service is essential, preferably within a similar industry.
