Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to manage fit-out activities during the night shift. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in supervising interior fit-out works, managing site teams, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities during the night shift
• Ensure interior fit-out work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Manage subcontractors and labor to maintain smooth workflow on-site
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work and report daily site status
• Coordinate with the project manager, designers, and procurement teams as required
• Handle onsite problem-solving and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects
• Willingness and availability to work night shifts as per project demands
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Ability to read and understand fit-out drawings and project documentation
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Diploma or certification in Civil, Interior, or related fields is preferred
