Summary:

The Cluster Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team for both Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai. This role assists in the day-to-day coordination of marketing activities, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives across both properties. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about luxury hospitality, digital content, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Administration

  • Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the marketing team.
  • Assist in scheduling, tracking, and executing marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Support in raising purchase requests, processing invoices, and maintaining marketing records.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Digital & Social Media

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts for both properties.
  • Help monitor engagement and performance metrics across social platforms.
  • Coordinate with agencies or in-house creative teams for asset requests and approvals.
  • Support in maintaining and updating website content and event listings.

Brand & Collateral

  • Assist with the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
  • Help manage requests for promotional items, signage, and collateral from departments (Rooms, Spa, F&B, Events).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and creative vendors as needed.

Events & Partnerships

  • Support the marketing team in organizing and executing events, media visits, and influencer collaborations.
  • Prepare event briefs, guest lists, and post-activation reports.
  • Help gather images, videos, and content for PR and social media use.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track marketing activities and maintain an updated campaign calendar.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and presentations (e.g., social media engagement, campaign results).
  • Conduct light research on market trends, competitor activity, and guest insights.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in marketing / hospitality / lifestyle brand environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English; Arabic and/or additional language a plus
  • Good digital literacy: social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and tools
  • Experience or comfortable with content creation (copywriting, editing, coordinating visuals)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work across functions and with external vendors
  • Creative mindset with interest in luxury hospitality / lifestyle/resort brands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CMS/CRM tools, design coordination and marketing automation is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.
