What You’ll Be Doing:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in managing day-to-day project activities across design disciplines (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including clients, authorities, and contractors.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools.
Design Management:
- Support the review and integration of design inputs from various disciplines.
- Ensure design documentation meets quality standards and complies with local regulations and client specifications.
- Facilitate design review meetings and follow up on action items.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, and submission logs.
- Assist in compiling IFC (Issued for Construction) packages and NOC (No Objection Certificate) submissions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with government authorities for approvals and permits.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager for resolution.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure design or project coordination.
- Familiarity with design standards and approval processes in the region.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
