Security Manager

  • Build, lead, and develop a skilled, motivated Security team; promote continuous improvement and uphold company values.
  • Oversee all aspects of residence safety and security, including guest and employee incidents, emergency response, and crisis management.
  • Plan and conduct mandatory safety, fire, and emergency training; ensure compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
  • Lead health, safety, and risk assessments; ensure preventive measures and standards are in place and updated.
  • Investigate, document, and follow up on incidents; maintain clear records aligned with legal and insurance requirements.
  • Manage and maintain security systems, surveillance, alarms, and key control; ensure all equipment is functional and compliant.
  • Foster collaboration across departments; communicate security procedures and updates effectively to all residence staff.
  • Monitor department budgets, labor costs, and service contracts; ensure operational efficiency and resource optimization.

What you bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in 5-star luxury hotels and resort.
  • Computer literate, with high competency level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as a minimum).
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in staff development.
  • Arabic Speaker is a plus.
  • Proven aptitude in customer service.
