The role involves daily tasks such as providing customer support in Arabic, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing interpersonal skills, and demonstrating computer literacy.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic
- Computer literacy
- Experience in healthcare customer service is must
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous call center experience preferred
