Job Responsibilities

Handle all activities related to government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, DED, Civil Defense, and other related departments.

Manage visa processing for employees (new visas, renewals, cancellations, etc.).

Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, labor cards, and other government documents.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, visa rules, and government procedures.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on all applications in a timely manner.

Represent the company in official matters and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Support HR and Administration departments in all PRO-related tasks.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 2 years).

Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and business laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Hindi is plus spoken and written).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
