Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Creator to take our online presence to the next level. This role will involve creating engaging content across multiple social media platforms to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive traffic to our garage-related services and products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about automotive culture, hands-on DIY projects, and community-building, with the skills to craft visually appealing and shareable content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality video tutorials, blogs, social media posts, and photo content.
• Create DIY car repair and maintenance videos.
• Showcase tools and products used in the garage and review their effectiveness.
• Develop garage organization and setup tips and tricks.
• Capture time-lapse footage, behind-the-scenes content, and “before and after” transformation projects.
• Showcase easy-to-follow DIY car modification or restoration projects, targeting both beginners and experienced DIYers.
• Offer garage organization and tool setup advice, such as efficient storage solutions or workspace optimization.
• Develop platform-appropriate content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
• Optimize content for engagement (e.g., captions, calls-to-action, hashtags)
• Skills & Qualifications:
• Automotive Expertise:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role with a strong portfolio of work (video, photography, written).
• Expertise in using social media tools and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and understanding their algorithms and best practices.
• Skilled in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to YouTube videos, blog posts, and social media content.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions, calls-to-action, and engaging post content.
• Extensive hands-on experience in car repairs, restorations, and garage organization.
• Familiarity with a wide range of car models and their specific maintenance requirements.
• Strong interest in automotive trends, car culture, and DIY projects.
• Familiarity with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, as well as lighting and sound equipment for video shoots.
