Full job description

ALAIHAM MARBLE & GRANITE LLC is currently seeking an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to oversee and manage the daily operations of our workers’ camp / accommodation facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all camp operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety.
  • Coordinate camp needs including maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and security.
  • Monitor occupancy, control access, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp status and requirements.
  • Communicate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise camp staff (cleaners, cooks, security, maintenance team, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Minimum [3–5] years of proven experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Proficiency in English (reading and speaking).
  • Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
