Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cashier / Administration & Inventory Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting administrative operations, and assisting with basic accounting and analytical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities: Cashiering & Front-End Operations

• Handle daily cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
• Maintain accurate POS reports and reconcile daily sales.
• Ensure compliance with company cash-handling policies and procedures.

Administration & Accounting Support

• Maintain records, invoices, and relevant documentation for accounting and audit purposes.
• Support preparation of daily sales reports and cash flow summaries.
• Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining administrative logs.
• Coordinate with finance teams for payments, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Support management in preparing analytical reports and cost summaries.

Analytical & Reporting Tasks

• Prepare periodic reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
• Support management in identifying variances and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in process audits and contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
