Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – HR Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes
- Familiarity with payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
Duties & Responsibilities – HR Manager
- Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department and ensure smooth HR operations
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract qualified candidates
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally
- Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development initiatives
- Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention programs
- Prepare and submit HR reports related to staffing, turnover, and performance
- Advise management on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Coordinate with government authorities and ensure timely processing of visas, renewals, and other legal requirements
