Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure proper filing and retrieval.
- Maintain an updated record of all files, reports, and confidential data.
- Ensure that all documents comply with company standards and client requirements.
- Distribute, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents when required.
- Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and documentation for clients and internal teams.
- Monitor document revisions and maintain version control to avoid discrepancies.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
- Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client records.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
