JOB PURPOSE:

ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified experienced Customer Support Administrator to fill a vacancy within the Organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and welcome guests/customers.
  • Arrange refreshments for Customers.
  • Arrange the purchase of groceries/refreshments for customer area and police at airside security checkpoint.
  • Operate telephone console, taking and distributing messages.
  • Screen inquiries before passing them to the concerned person.
  • Ensure that the meeting rooms are in order before and after meetings.
  • Ensure customer area and offices are in order.
  • Assist customers as and when required, i.e. hotel bookings when visiting the facility and transport arrangements to and from the facility and ensuring airside pass policies are followed.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, general correspondence and other administrative functions.
  • Assist the IT Team with the control of company SIM cards and service subscriptions as and when needed.
  • Distribute monthly mobile telephone bills and track marked bills.
  • Generate monthly summary of personal calls for payroll deduction.
  • Coordinate facility management landside, liaising with the relevant suppliers for pest control and plant maintenance and with the Regional VP’s PA for any building maintenance work required.
  • Ensure that the reception, ground floor and customer areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assist with arranging staff and customer functions.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for the visiting customers / VIPs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving ability.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in VIP customer service roles, such as Cabin Crew or hotel operations.
  • Holder of a valid UAE Driving License.
