Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to hotel standards and guest preferences
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Monitor inventory and food supplies; assist in stock control
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef or cook in hotels or restaurants
- Skilled in preparing Arabic, Continental, or International cuisine
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
