Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance — ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across different departments.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and orientation programs.
  • Administer employee relations, leave management, payroll coordination, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee files, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate visa processing, insurance, and other HR administrative tasks through MOHRE, ICP, and Daman portals.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare HR and recruitment reports, ensuring all records and data are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience using recruitment or HR software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
